Juventus has spent most of January, looking for players to bring in, mainly down to the requests of Luciano Spalletti. The main target has been a striker which Juventus haven’t been able to find, but the second name was a backup for Kenan Yildiz. Juventus have finally managed to find a backup just before the window closes.

Juventus where linked with countless names across the month, Federico Chiesa, Daniel Maldini and Giovane Nascimento where the main names. However, Giovane Nascimento would sign for rivals Napoli (read more here), while Daniel Maldini would complete a deal to join Lazio. (read more here)

Federico Chiesa will likely stay with Liverpool until the end of the season, this lead Juventus looking for names late. Fabrizio Romano is now reporting that Juventus has finally found someone just before the end of the transfer deadline. This signing will likely be Juventus only first team signing of the window.

This is Jeremie Boga, who will come in from Juventus on a loan to buy deal from OGC Nice. Boga was seen as a last resort option by Juventus as they failed to sign any of the other names they hoped to get. Juventus had kept links on Boga most of the month with Napoli also interested.

The loan fee for Juventus will be 5 million euros, at the end of the season if Juventus choose to sign him. The deal is not a mandatory buy clause but only an option. Boga has now arrived in Turin for his medical tests, if all goes well, the documents will be signed to make him a Juventus player.
