AS Roma star suffers another big injury.
AS Roma have gotten off to one of their best starts in recent memory. Right now the Giallorossi sit tied for second place being only one point off first after ten games. While their team is nowhere near perfect, Gian Piero Gasperini has an inspired playing group ready to win big.
So far Roma have shined defensively this season conceding only five goals from ten games the lowest in Serie A. However, they haven’t been able to dominate the league despite of this losing three of their games already. This can be blamed to their poor goalscoring.
So far this season their attack has seen a lot of changes from week to week. This is mainly due to injury as Roma are struggling to stay healthy. Three forwards have suffered injuries already this season, with both Paulo Dybala and Leon Bailey being unavailable at the start of the season. This can be blamed to Gasperini high intensity pre seasons that aim to force players to get up to fitness quickly.
However, this method of preparation hasn’t been one hundred percent fool proff. New signing striker Evan Ferguson has also picked up an injury. This came on the 29th of October when he was forced off against Parma in only the seventh minute. He still hasn’t recovered and could miss another 15-20 days or more.
Now La Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that another Roma attacker has gone down due to injury. Paulo Dybala has gone down after his crucial penalty miss against AC Milan where he was subbed off. Gazzetta is reporting that the injury is serious and that Dybala could miss up to a month.
This means that he will definitely miss two Europa Leagues against Rangers and Midtjylland. He will also be out for Roma’s league games against Udinese and Cremonese. The club has now set the goal for Dybala to return when Roma play Napoli at the end of the month.
However, this would mean Dybala would have to be half a week early on the full recovery from his injury. This would likely put him at risk of reinjuring or making the effects of the injury worse. Even if he could feature in that game it would likely be a short stint as he wouldn’t be ready from kickoff.

Juventus set to keep Jeremie Boga past his six month loan
The first half of Juventus’s campaign was outlined with a struggle for scoring goals. This was despite signings of both Jonathan David and Lois Openda being bought last summer to fix the problem. The struggles have now lead, Juventus to open talks for a contract renewal with Dusan Vlahovic.
Vlahovic staying in Turin, seemed almost impossible last summer, due to Vlahovic’s wage demands. However, the struggle to replace him has made Juventus see his value. They are now even willing to meet Vlahovic in the middle paying more than they would like, and less than he wants.

However, he is not the only player Juventus is ready to keep past this summer. Jeremie Boga, was brought in during the January, transfer window in the hopes to boost Juventus struggling attack. He has done so emphatically hitting the ground running in Turin scoring three goals in his first seven Serie A matches.
This has lead Juventus aiming to keep Boga past the six month loan period, according to a report from Nico Schira. Part of the deal is already completed for Juventus as the initial loan came with a buy clause between the two clubs. This will see Juventus pay only 4.8 million euros for Boga this summer.
A low fee like this will be a steal for a player that has been as good as Boga for Juventus. This is still true considering his age as Boga is a more experienced player at 29, but also not too old where it is a liability. Boga contract with Juventus will likely reflect this as Juventus has agreed a deal until 2029 with Boga.

Christian Pulisic could tie down future at Milan despite foreign interest
AC Milan have been an up and down team, over the last few season but some things have been constant. Christian Pulisic has been one of them, as it seems no matter the circumstances he can score. This has slowly led to him becoming one of Milan and Serie As best players.
With all of this talent it is hard for Pulisic to go unnoticed by foreign clubs, and according to TuttoMercatoWeb some have. Liverpool and Arsenal are both keeping track of Pulisic incase he doesn’t sign a contract extension with Milan. Arsenal and Liverpool have both been known to struggle for goals.
Firstly, Arsenal despite being first in the Premier League is one of the worst goalscoring sides. Most of Arsenal goals has come from set pieces as winger, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli have struggled. For Liverpool meanwhile, they will likely lose Mohamed Salah after this season and will need a replacement in the summer.

However, reports from Matteo Moretto via Youtube state that Milan have very little to worry about losing Pulisic. Firstly in his current contract AC Milan hold the rights to a one-year option. This means that his current deal will run until the end of the 2027-2028 season.
AC Milan are still confident for a new deal for Pulisic, as talks have started in the past. However, currently they are on hold as AC Milan decided to complete other deals first. There is only one key problem for AC Milan, and that is if with a new deal they will lose the tax empetion to the Decreto Crescita, as he is a foreign player which will increase the price of a renewal for Milan.

Turin, Italy Kamaldeen Sulemana of Atalanta Bc controls the ball during the Serie A match between Juventus FC and Atalanta BC at Allianz Stadium on…
This comes as Atalanta will sell Ademola Lookman, before the end of the window. This comes from a report from Matteo Moretto which states that Atletico Madrid has closed a deal to sign the Nigerian. The easy part for Atleti was closing a deal with Atalanta, while Lookman needed some convincing.
Atletico Madrid outbidded Fenerbahce’s in a deal worth 35 million plus 5 million bonuses, to sign Lookman. However, they couldn’t match the wage offer from Fenerbahce who offered Lookman a ridiculous 9 million per season. However, they did manage to convince Lookman to choose a move to Madrid.
The deal will be signed soon as Lookman will have to travel to Madrid for medicals. If Lookman passes all his test he will be set to join Atletico Madrid before the transfer deadline. This now means that Atalanta will likely keep Kamaldeen Sulemana, leading Napoli to look at other options, mainly Alisson Santos who they have closed a deal for. (read more here)
