AC Milan could look to complete a signing if they offload a midfiedler
AC Milan were one of the biggest spenders in Serie A this season as they looked to build a new team for Massimiliano Allegri. This was mainly done in midfield signings with Milan bringing in Samuele Ricci, Ardon Jashari, Luka Modric and Adrien Rabiot. Of course Milan lost Tijani Reijnders, Yunus Musah and other midfielders which needing replacing.
All these signings meant that they were tracking a lot of players to be possible signings. However, Milan got most of their first targets, for Modric and Ricci. Jashari was another one of Milan number one options but they had plenty of names to back him up, such as Javi Guerra.
Milan could make another move from Guerra if he becomes available according to Matteo Moretto. This claim came as the deal is opening up for Guerra to leave Valencia. He is struggling for minutes for Valencina as he has mainly had quarter of an hour cameos off the bench in their games.

Milan could be convinced to make the move for Guerra if they lose a midfielder in January. Youssouf Fofana has been linked to a move to Galatasaray this January, but no more concrete rumours have come out recently. Fofana declined Galatasaray so all talks for that move have ended.
But another Milan midfielder has been linked to a move to Turkey. This is Ruben Loftus-Cheek who was already linked to an exit to Lazio which fell through. Now Besiktas are opening talks to sign Loftus-Cheek, offering him four million per season, higher then what he currently earns.
Calcio Mercato the source for the news states that Loftus-Cheek would like to finish this season at Milan before considering his future. However, if he was somehow convinced to leave earlier by Besiktas, it could allow Milan to sign Guerra to add midfield depth despite them playing different roles.

Roma could be forced to Mile Svilar as Juventus could pounce to sign him
AS Roma have found themselves stuck as it looks that they will be forced to sell players and fast. This comes as they have a 50 million euro capital gain deficit which will need to be filled soon, to avoid a further sanction. This has lead to the Gialorossi considering sell players that were seemingly untouchable a few weeks ago.
Manu Kone is the first of these, as foreign interest could force Roma’s hand to sell. Especially if the reports on him agreeing to a move to England are true (read more here). Mile Svilar could also be among the names that they look to sell according to Tuttosport, who report that Juventus are ready to pounce on him.
This comes as Juventus are still on the hunt for a replacement for Michele Di Gregorio. Emiliano Martinez looked to be the runaway favourite for Juventus to sign but the Bianconeri failed to agree terms with Aston Villa as of yet. This could lead Juventus away from Martinez and towards Svilar even if they have to spend 30-40 million euros to do it.

This offer of 30-40 million would be hard for Roma to resist, especially on such short notice that they have to give Juventus. This will force them to seriously consider it, especially if they can’t agree a deal to sell any other player. Gasperini also believes that Svilar is easier to replace, which could push them to make a deal.
The two clubs have opened talks to discuss formula on the deals through intermediaries. However, these are only initial talks that have begun and aren’t near being completed. Juventus will hope to meet Roma’s terms sooner rather than later as it could stop them from taking in the capital gains from other clubs.

Juventus could sell Federico Gatti this summer as potiental signing agrees to joining the Bianconeri
Juventus could be set to undergo major changes this summer, as it will be the clubs first under Luciano Spalletti. It will also see the Bianconeri be forced to sell some players to raise 13 million euros in capital. Federico Gatti could be one of the names sold as he is not necessarily in Luciano Spalletti’s plans for the future of Juventus.
It will take only 25 million euros to sell Gatti, according to Alfredo Pedulla. However, Pedulla doesn’t link Gatti with any certain clubs that are ready to meet this valuation. There has been interest from Napoli previously in the window but have not made any offical inquiries. Most of this interest came from Massimiliano Allegri, who also wanted to sign Gatti for AC Milan.
It would also be a good time for Juventus to sell Gatti, as they are closing on a new signing. This would be Jhon Lucumi from Bologna, who according to Fabrizio Romano has given his approval to Juventus. Lucumi, has been a target for Juventus for most of the window, but they finally have his approval which will help complete the deal.

But, Juventus will still need to find a transfer agreement with Bologna to complete the deal. This has been tricky to do as Bologna want the 28 million release clause of Lucumi to be paid to complete any deal. Juventus consider this figure too high, however and want to complete a deal for 15-20 million.
This is why Fabio Miretti could be used in a swap deal according to recent reports. Bologna have shown high interest in the Italian youngster in recent weeks so they will be motivated to come to the table for Miretti. A swap deal would make most sense as it keeps cost down for Juventus and allow clubs to sign players that have high interest in.

Roma could sell Manu Kone this summer with multiple Europeans teams interested
AS Roma currently sit in a hard place financially as they need to make up 50 million euros in FFP in the coming days. This is despite the fact they managed to qualify for Champions League. They did this for the first-time since the 2018-19 season, providing the club a large financial boost.
However, it won’t be enough for Roma and they will now be forced to sell players. Manu Kone seems to be top of that list for the Giallorossi as he holds high value amongst other European clubs. This comes as Corriere Dello Sport is reporting that Atletico Madrid have expressed interest in signing Kone.
Roma are being forced into at least considering any bid due to their need to make capital gains. But, it is still unknown if Atletico have made a good enough bid to convince, Kone. Kone personally would rather join PSG or make a move to the Premier League this summer.

Gian Piero Gasperini is also hesitant to sell Kone as he considers him a key player, but understands sales need to be made. Atletico are set to make Roma an offer between 40-45 million euros soon to convince them. However, Atleti’s efforts could be futile according to TEAMtalk.
TEAMtalk reports that Manu Kone has already given his yes to joining Arsenal next season. This comes as the gunners are looking to boost their squad to defend their Premier League title. They also believe that Kone valuation is 50 million euros compared to the 40-45, Atleti will offer.
This will be enough to cover all of the capital gains that Roma needs to make for next season. It is also an valuation that Arsenal will be able to match this summer, if they are serious on a move for Kone. On a personal level it would fulfill Kone’s desire to play in the Premier League.
