Pervis Estupinan close to leaving AC Milan after only one season
AC Milan signed Pervis Estupinan last summer as one of their many deals during that mercato. This came as they looked to build a new team for Massimilaino Allergi as he had just taken over the coaching role. Allegri needed strong full-backs on both sides to implement his system.
This lead to Milan signing Estupinan for 17 million euros from Brighton last summer. However, he turned out to be a big disappointment for AC Milan as he was quickly replaced by young Davide Bartesaghi. This led to Estupinan being benched for most games last campaign.

Milan changed manager after last season, firing Massimiliano Allegri for Ruben Amorim. Amorim’s system is less dependenton full-backs, which means some can be sold. Bartesaghi taking over the starting spot from Estupinan last campaign means that it will likely be the Ecuadorian that leaves.
This comes as a deal to see Estupinan joining Aston Villa is being finalised. A report from Daniele Longo via X states that Estupinan has agreed upon a multi year deal with Villa on a contract worth 3 million per season. However, Longo did not state the length of that contract.
This only leaves the two clubs needing an agreement to make a deal for Estupinan possible. An agreement is close between the two clubs with only 2-3 million euros separating the clubs valuations. This should see a deal be completed in the coming days in the range of 15-20 million euros.

Juventus hijack AS Roma to sign Zeki Celik as a free agent
Juventus have managed to make their second signing of the summer, as they bring Zeki Celik in from AS Roma. This came as Celik contract with Roma expired at the end of last season. Celik was therefore a free agent, but there was optimism within the capital that he would sign a contract extension with Roma.
A contract extension was exteremly close between Roma and Celik. Fabrizio Romano has gone as far to say that Roma had signed their portion of the documents, but just waited on Celik to sign his. However, Juventus managed to jump in and hijack the deal by offering Celik a higher salary.
Nico Schira is reporting that Celik was ready to stay with Roma until 2029 on a new extension. This would see Celik earn 2.8 million per season with an added bonuses of around half a million. Roma and Celik had already verbally agreed on a contract extension under these terms. But, Juventus came in with a higher offer before the deal was completed.
Juventus offered Celik total package worth 4M per season, which will be broken down with 3.2M per season. This will see Celik receive 800K per season in bonuses under his deal until 2029. Juventus and Celik will also benefit from the Decreto Crescita or Growth decree in English which will provide a 50% cut on Celik’s income taxes.
Celik will come into Juventus as another right fullback option for Luciano Spalletti. Spalletti was forced to rely heavily on Pierre Kalulu during the second half on the campaign. Celik coming in will allow Kalulu to be rotated and rested more as Kalulu only missed one Serie A game. The move will also allow Kalulu move to centre back at times during the season.

Roma reach personal terms with Nicolo Tresoldi as they open talks with Club Brugge
This summer will be a crucial one for Roma, as next season looks to be a promising one. Roma finally qualified for the Champions League for the first time in seven years. Doing so will give them added finical benefits that they will look to take advantage of this summer.
Roma will mainly do so in the attack, as it is somewhere Gian Piero Gasperini has had troubles with in the past. The signing of Donyell Malen in January was a good start. Malen was electric in the six months he played for Roma, starting of his time in Serie A with 14 goals in 18 games.

However, this isn’t enough for Roma as they will look for a second attacker to support him this summer. Corriere Dello Sport is reporting that Roma are close to a deal to sign Nicolo Tresoldi to do so. This comes as Tresoldi has given his approval for a move to Roma.
Tresoldi and Roma have already agreed on basic terms for a deal, with remaining details set to be ironed out. Roma will now make an opening bid to Club Brugge to complete the deal. They will offer a 25 million figure to Brugge to try and complete a deal, but transfer market specialist Ekrem Konur reports that it won’t be enough.
Konur is reporting that Brugge are asking for at least 35 million euros to sell Tresoldi this summer. This rise in price would mean that any deal for Tresoldi would rely on the sale of Artem Dovbyk. Roma and Genoa had agreed on terms for a sale of Dovbyk, but the player wasn’t willing to move.

Konur also warns that Roma are not the only team interested in Tresoldi. Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are all extremely interested in Tresoldi. This will force Roma to act fast if they do want to complete a deal to sign him this summer. But, the players approval will help in their chances to get a deal across the line.

This comes as Atalanta could offer him a contract extension to stay in Bergamo. A report from Luca Cerchione supports this as he is reporting that Ederson will be offered a four year extension. If, Ederson decides to accpet this extension it will see him earn 4 million euro per season.
But, that isn’t the only possibility as he could leave Atalanta for another Serie A side. AC Milan could be a possible team to see this happen, as they have opened contacts over a move. This comes from Nico Schira, who is reporting that AC Milan have opened contacts with Ederson’s agents.
AC Milan are looking speaking to Ederson’s agents to see if it is possible for the Rossoneri to sign him. But, they aren’t the only team who are trying to facilatate a move for Edersonl. Tuttosport are reporting that Juventus could also try to sign Ederson, if he is avalibale this summer.
This comes as Giovanni Carnevalli is looking to build a new team for Luciano Spalletti this summer. Juventus will likely sign a midfielder, but that isn’t currently a priority. Regardless, Luciano Spalletti has made it known that he is a fan of Ederson, but for a deal to be possible, Atalanta would have to lower their 50 million asking price.
