Two European Giants watching around Denzel Dumfries
Denzel Dumfries was one of Inter’s key names early on in this season before his injury. Dumfries went down in training for the Dutch national team in November, and still hasn’t returned. However, Inter are still hopeful that he will be able to return soon with a run of key Serie A and Champions League games upcoming.
Inter fans, panicked when he went down with Injury, as they worried they wouldn’t have been able to replace him. However, since he has been down Federico Dimarco and Luis Henrique, have both improved their form to carry the load. This has the Nerazzurri imagining what life would be like without Dumfries.

Dumfries leaving Inter isn’t a far fetched idea as he has a 25 million euros release clause in the summer. This price tag of 25 million euros is extremely low for a player of Dumfries quality. This has lead to teams lining up to try and pry Dumfries away from Inter this summer. However, according to FCInterNewsIT two are sticking out.
Liverpool is the first team that could try to convince Milan in the summer. They see him as someone who can replace Jeremie Frimpong this summer as his form has been poor for most of the campaign, providing only one assist in the Premier League this season. The 25 million won’t be a big fee for Liverpool to pay considering they spent 95 on Hugo Ekitike in the summer.
Dumfries does want to one day play his football in England. This desire of his lead him to changing agents last season to Ali Barat, someone who specialise in Premier League transfers for foreign players. However, they won’t go unopposed to signing Dumfries in the summer.
Atletico Madrid could also activate Dumfries release clause in the summer to sign him. Atleti bid however, depends on the future of Nahuel Molina who could leave this summer however his future is still uncertain. If Inter lose Dimarco they will likely rely on Dimarco and Henrique to pick up the load, however there is no guarantee Dimarco will stay either. (Read more here)

Francisco Concieao downplays Liverpool rumours despite recent rumours
Yesterday, Mohammed Salah announced to the world that he will be leaving Liverpool after this season. This season will be Salah’s ninth in Merseyside after joining from AS Roma in 2017. Salah has been a consistent starter through out his time in Liverpool, leaving them big shoes to fill to in replacing him.
The main name linked to replace Salah has currently been Michael Olise, from Bayern Munich. Olise has been excelling for Bayern this season in both the Bundesliga and the Champions League. He also already has Premier League experience having spent time at Crystal Palace.

This has lead to Liverpool looking for other names they can use as their overall attack especially with Salah gone. This has lead them to Juventus winger, Francisco Conceicao according to reports from RMC Sport. Liverpool like Conceicao because he is a younger, quick paced name which can spark their attack.
However, the deal will be hard for Liverpool to complete as Juventus see this as an opportunity to make some money off the sale. This comes from a report from TuttoSport which states that Juventus want to make 15 million euros on the sale of Conciecao compared to their initial fee.
Conceicao cost, Juventus 37 million when they signed him over the loan, and the buy option. This means that if Coneciao was to be sold to Liverpool it would likely cost them 50-60 million euros in this summer, which could make the deal off putting. Conceicao has also played down then rumours himself.
Conceicao said to reporters when asked on a move to Liverpool “I know there are rumours about a big club, but I’m already at a big club and I’m happy”. While this could be just a typical PR response it won’t help Liverpools chances to sign him this summer.

Juventus evaluating striker options as they close in on a deal for Dusan Vlahovic
Juventus have been looking for ways to fill a void up top for most of this season. This comes as Vlahovic was set to leave the club as a free agent at the end of the season. However, he missed three months only returning last weekend off the bench. Vlahovic value has now tanked due to him not playing.
This is making it hard for him to find a deal at a new club for next season. The door for Vlahovic to stay with Juventus has now opened, as he is now open to the deal according to Nico Schira. Talks between the two teams are progressing currently, as his renewal is now a priority for Juventus.
The renewal is expected to be completed soon between the two as Juventus have failed to find a suitable replacement for Vlahovic. Jonathan David and Lois Openda where both bought in this summer to replace Dusan. However, the two of them have been unsuccessful combining for only six league goals.

Jonathan David of Juventus FC looks on during the serie Serie A Enilive match between AS Roma and Juventus FC at Stadio Olimpico on March 01, 2026 in…
Both could already be on their way out as, Juventus want to find support for Vlahovic in attack. According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Jonathan David could be included in a swap deal to bring in another striker to Turin. This would see David make a move to Paris Saint Germain for next season.
PSG, lead football advisor, Luis Campos was crucial in Lille signing David back in 2020. Campos could look to bring David with him once again for PSG. He could do so by giving up Randal Kolo Muani who has been a target for Juventus as a striker. Luciano Spalletti is on board with signing Kolo Muani to build an attack for Juventus.

Saudi Arabian side set to make large bid for Marcus Thuram
Inter Milan have been one of Italy’s and Europe’s best attacks so far this season. So far this season they have scored 65 goals in the league through 29 games. This puts Inter comfortably first in the category compared to the rest of the league. The second closest team, Juventus sits on only 51 goals.
While Lautaro Martinez, clear world class talent has been helpful, there has been other reasons. Pio Esposito and Ange Yoan Bonny have both become key rotational names for Inter throughout this season. The youngsters have given Chivu new possibilities for his attack this season.

Ange-Yoan Bonny and Pio Esposito of FC Internazionale embrace after victory in the UEFA Champions League 2025/26 League Phase MD1 match between AFC…
This has left Inter trying to decide who will lead their attack into next season. Marcus Thuram name has therefore come up in the rumours multiple times as there is no guarantee he stays. He has been linked to other European clubs, including FC Barcelona multiple times this season.
However, their has still been issues with these teams, as affording Thuram is an issue. Inter Milan won’t let him leave for cheap, and it could even take Thuram’s 85 million euros release clause to see him leave Milan this summer. This could be an issue as top European teams would likely not be willing to spend this.
However, TuttoSport are now reporting that there is a different side that would. They are reporting that a side in the Saudi Pro League could decide to make a bid for Thuram. Many of Saudi’s top sides are back by rich owners who would be willing to invest the money to sign Thuram, which a European club wouldn’t. This could be the ket factor in seeing the deal get done if it is to happen this summer.
