Inter vs Kairat Almaty Match Preview.
Inter are hunting to take top spot in the Champions League table so far this season sitting three points off first place Bayern, who have a game in hand. Inter are hopeful that they can guarantee a top eight finish from where they are so far in third. This would allow them two games off in the middle of January one.
These games off could be crucial as they push to reclaim the Scudetto after finishing second last season. This has been helped by the rejuvenation as Christian Chivu has taken over as coach. Chivu has Inter tied for second while only being one point behind first place, Napoli after ten league games.
Chivu could use the chance to rest some of his starters including Latauro Martinez, however this carries risks. Inter tried to do this at the weekend while playing away at Verona. This lead to them going one-nil down in the first half before, making changes. Inter then managed to get two goals back having to wait until the 93rd minute for the winner.
Predicted starting XI (3-5-2) via Sky Sport Italia
Yann Sommer
Carlos Augusto, Stefan De Vrij, Yann Aurel Bisseck
Federico Di Marco, Piotr Zielinski, Nicolo Barella, Davide Frattesi, Denzel Dumfries
Pio Esposito, Lautaro Martinez
This lineup will see two of the back three change with only Yann Aurel Bisseck staying in the side. This will see Alessandro Bastoni had a rest. This comes after he played the full 90 in Internazionale last three games. Carlos Augusto will be moved to the backline as well with De Vrij to complete the back three.
Carlos Augusto moving to the defence will see, Federico Di Marco start on the left. Denzel Dumfries will also make another start replacing Luis Henrique who is still struggling to find his feet in Milan. In the middle Hakan Calhanoglu will be given a rest after scoring two games in a row with Nicolo Barella coming in.
Next to him Petar Sucic will also be given a rest with Davide Frattesi set to return to the starting eleven. Lautaro Martinez will have a new strike partner with Pio Esposito set to start. However, sky add in their comments that Ange-Yoan Bonny and Pio Esposito could be the starting duo.

Derby della Mole: Juventus Seek to Close the Gap as Torino Eye Historic Upset
The city of Turin is bracing for one of Serie A’s most historic and heated rivalries, the Derby della Mole. Juventus host Torino in a clash that means far more than just local bragging rights. For the Bianconeri, it’s another crucial step in their pursuit of the Scudetto race, while for Toro, it’s a golden opportunity to climb into the top half of the table and end a painful decade-long drought in this fixture.
Luciano Spalletti’s Juventus have found their rhythm again, playing with renewed confidence and structure. Since taking charge, the Italian tactician has instilled a more proactive, fluid brand of football, one that is beginning to deliver results. The Bianconeri head into this derby chasing a third consecutive league win for the first time since the opening weeks of the campaign, and victory here could edge them closer to the Serie A summit.
A key figure behind Juve’s resurgence is Dusan Vlahović, who has rediscovered his lethal touch in front of goal. The Serbian striker is in scintillating form, leading the line with hunger and precision, using his strength, agility, and class like never before to hold up defenders, win free kicks, and set up counterattacks. His recent form has really uplifted Juve’s attacking revival. With Spalletti trusting him as the main outlet, Vlahović’s sharpness and aggression will again be vital against Torino’s disciplined backline.
But it’s not just Vlahović stealing the spotlight. The youthful energy and creativity of Kenan Yildiz and Francisco Conceição have electrified the Juventus attack, while summer arrival Edon Zhegrova has added flair and unpredictability off the bench, despite not having made many appearances. The trio embodies the new Juventus, bold, exciting, and capable of breaking games open in an instant.
Across town, Marco Baroni’s Torino enters the derby full of motivation. They know that a win not only propels them to eighth in the standings but also ends a miserable run of 18 derbies without victory, their last triumph coming all the way back in 2015. Torino’s work rate and compact defensive structure have made them a tough opponent for anyone, and their fans will demand that extra edge in this fixture.
While Juve aims for glory and consistency, Torino craves redemption and pride. Both sides have everything to play for: momentum, reputation, and the city’s bragging rights.
When the whistle blows at the Allianz Stadium, Turin will pause. One side will dream of the title, the other of revenge. And in a derby where emotion always trumps form, anything is possible.

Parma vs AC Milan: Survival meets Scudetto ambition in a crucial clash at the Tardini
Two clubs at opposite ends of Serie A’s ambitions meet this weekend, as Parma hosts AC Milan in what promises to be a fascinating clash of urgency versus excellence.
For Carlos Cuesta’s Parma, the pressure is beginning to mount. The Gialloblù have managed just one win all season, leaving them teetering dangerously close to the relegation zone. Despite flashes of promise in their play, results have been hard to come by, and the upcoming test against title-chasing Milan could prove defining in their bid to stay afloat.
Cuesta’s young side have tried to stick to their principles, brave, progressive football with a focus on building from the back and using pace in transition, but Serie A has been unforgiving. The talent is clear, with Adrian Benedyczak continuing to be their attacking focal point, while Mateo Pellegrino and Adrián Bernabé have been tasked with driving creativity through midfield. The trio has shown glimpses of quality, yet consistency has been their biggest obstacle. Against a Milan side full of experience and technical precision, they’ll need to be clinical, disciplined, and courageous to have any hope of a result.
Across the touchline, Massimiliano Allegri’s Milan arrive full of confidence and control. Sitting just one point off the top of the Serie A table, the Rossoneri know that victory could take them, even if temporarily, to the summit. Allegri has transformed Milan into a machine of balance: defensively compact, technically composed, and efficient in front of goal.
Last week’s 1–0 triumph over AS Roma showcased exactly that. It wasn’t flashy, but it was clinical, the hallmark of a champion side. Milan absorbed pressure when needed, dictated the tempo through midfield, and struck with precision when the moment came.
At the heart of everything remains Rafael Leão, whose explosive form continues to terrorize defences across Italy. His pace, flair, and ability to decide games in an instant make him Milan’s ultimate weapon. Alongside him, the veteran maestro Luka Modrić has brought an aura of calm and control, orchestrating play with his trademark elegance and guiding Milan’s younger stars through crucial moments.
Defensively, Allegri’s side looks as solid as ever. Gabbia and Pavlovic have formed a reliable partnership, while Mike Maignan continues to prove why he’s one of the league’s most complete goalkeepers. Add in the attacking support from Saelemaekers, Ricci, and Fofana, and it’s clear Milan possesses the depth and adaptability of a genuine title contender.
For Parma, this is the kind of match that defines seasons. The odds are heavily stacked against them, but Cuesta’s men will look to harness the energy of the home crowd and play with freedom. They’ll need Bernabé’s passing vision, Pellegrino’s link-up play, and Benedyczak’s composure in front of goal to trouble Milan’s backline.
A draw could be priceless for the Gialloblù; a win would be transformative. Yet Milan, with their sights set on the Scudetto, won’t be in a forgiving mood.
At the Tardini, it’s survival versus supremacy, belief against brilliance, and both sides know that in this league, every point tells a story.

Rangers vs AS Roma: Match Preview
AS Roma are set to take on Rangers in the Europa League. Both teams are looking to bounce back from poor Europa League, starts with Roma 23rd and Rangers last out of 36 teams. Roma are still the favourites due to there much better league form, but the game won’t be easy.
Playing away to Rangers is never easy, no matter of their form. Roma are also weak in the attack with Paulo Dybala, Leon Bailey and Evan Ferguson all suffering injuries. This will make their already struggling attack face more challanges. This could be critical as Roma need to pick up all three points.
Roma will also be looking to bounce back on the weekends loss to AC Milan. They could’ve gone two points clear at the top with a victory. But this wasn’t to be as Gasperini side struggled to find the back of the net. Hopefully, he can motivate them to play hard and earn all three points today.
Predicted Lineups (3-4-2-1) via One Football
Mile Svilar
Gianluca Mancini, Evan Ndicka, Mario Hermoso
Zeki Celik, Bryan Cristante, Manu Kone, Konstantions Tsimikas
Mattias Soule, Manuel Pellegrini
Artem Dovybk
This lineup will see Roma shift from the 3-5-2 they played against Milan. This is likely because Dovbyk has to replace Dybala, but it will also see Neil El Aynaoui drop to the bench for Manuel Pellegrini. The only other change in the team that Wesley is benched for Tsimikas, likely to give the Brazilian some rest.
