Andrea Cambiaso is one of the players who has failed to step up in this tough times for Juventus. His form has actually recessed from where it was a year ago. Last January, he was considered one of the best full backs in the world with Manchester City offering Juventus 80 million euros to sign him.

But, Cambiaso has fallen off hard ever since then, with him being responsible for two own goals for Juventus this month. Cambiaso now runs the risk of not being called up for Italy, for the World Cup Qualifiers next month. While Cambiaso still has time to turn his form around it will be hard.

However, according to CaughtOffside Cambiaso poor form is not a worry for Europe’s top teams. Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid are all interested in signing the Italian this summer. This is a possibility for Juventus as they will accept 60 million euros for Cambiaso, as they aim to build a team around Luciano Spalletti.

Denzel Dumfries has been a large absence for Inter Milan this season, as he hasn’t played since November. This was due to an injury he picked up while training with the Dutch national team. Still Inter has performed well without him, as they currently sit first in Serie A, ten points ahead of second place.

This is good to know for Inter as they run the risk of losing Dumfries this summer. This comes as his contract has a 25 million release clause which Premier League clubs have been linked to pay in the summer. Losing, Dumfries would be big for Inter as it is hard to find a full back of his quality.

This is especially true for the low price of 25 million euros. However, CalcioMercatoIT is reporting that Dumfries is not the only player Inter could lose to a release clause. Marcus Thuram also has a 85 million euro release clause in his contract, a figure quite higher then Dumfries.

Marcus Thuram looks on during the Inter Milan and Juventus Turn Matchday 25 of the Serie A at San Siro on February 14, 2026 in Milan, Italy.

Marcus Thuram, has had open interest from Europes top clubs such as FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich and PSG. All three clubs remain interested in Thuram, it is hard to justify paying 85 million euros for him. While all these clubs are powerhouses, they have the same struggle as Serie A teams, with lower TV Revenue than the Premier League.

They are definitely some Premier League teams that would pay the 85 million to sign Thuram. While this would be a significant loss, no one in Milan would lose sleep over it due to the high price. This is especially true as Pio Esposito and Ange Yoan Bonny both continue to shine for Inter this season.

In total Juventus have spent 70 million between transfer fee and wages for Koopmeiners. This is despite him only being in Turin for one and a half seasons. Still he has yet to show consistent results which is why Luciano Spalletti has even tried moving Koopmeiners to centre back to get the best out of him.

However, time is ticking for Koopmeiners as if he doesn’t turn his form around soon Juventus will have to sell him. This will be a move which will see the Bianconeri cut their losses once again. The same has happened with Douglas Luiz and Nico Gonzalez who both also failed for Juventus.

Juventus have now managed to find a potential suitor for Koopmeiners if he is to leave Turin. This comes from a report from Giovani Albanese of Gazzetta Dello Sport, who is reporting that Galatasaray hold interest. The Turkish side where linked to a move for Koopmeiners in January, but nothing further happened.

AS Roma looked to complete a turn around this summer, with the appointment of Gian Piero Gasperini. This came as they suffered the season before, until Claudio Ranieri came in. Ranieri came out of left field to coach, Roma until the end of the season, before moving up to the board for this season.

The Gilarossi did manage to undergo a turn around with Raineri. However, it was left a little too late, as they finished 5th, a point shy of the Champions League. Roma wanted to fix that this season, with Gasperini and got to work. Gasperini tightened Roma’s defence, but they still struggled to score goals.

This could be blamed on the lack of action in the summer, but they rectified this is January. Roma signed Donyell Malen, Robinio Vaz and Bryan Zaragoza to fix the issue. However, Roma did get one signing right in the summer which was Wesley Franca, from Flamengo.

Wesley came in after a stellar club world cup, and hasn’t missed a beat since. His top from has gone unnoticed with Manchester City being interested in signing Wesley.  But, Wesley might not be the only fullback who could depart from the capital this summer, with Zeki Celik out of contract.

Celik has been a key player for Roma this season, often being on the other channel of Wesley. His current deal expires at the end of this season, and talks haven’t gone well with Roma well so far. This has lead from reports from CalcioMercato which state that he could leave for another Serie A team.

Juventus, have shown interest in Celik, ever since January. The Bianconeri want to turn their team around, and with finical troubles, they will rely on free agents. This has lead them to Marcos Senesi and Antonio Rudiger, for the summer and Celik could be the next name on the list.

Juventus have managed to agree terms to bring Celik, in next summer. Juventus have offered Celik a large salary of 3-4 million, to convince him to move to Turin. This is enough to reach an agreement with, Celik but the full terms aren’t known as of yet. Roma, will not try and match that monster of a salary for Celik.
